We ship from Los Angeles, California!

When can I expect my order? 

Orders are shipped between 1-2 business days of purchase from Los Angeles, California. Once your order is shipped, allow your order to arrive at your door step within 5-7 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How can I track my package? 

You can track your order online using the tracking number you receive once your order is shipped.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately you cannot make changes once it's processed. Although after you receive your order, if you are still unhappy with your order you can exchange or receive store credit. You can read our return and exchange policy here.

Does Simple Threads ship internationally?

We sure do! International prices vary upon the item you are ordering. You will be able to calculate shipping costs on our checkout page.
